All the places...

My brother and I have made quite the dynamic duo at times. Back when his anger was regulated to video games and cartoons, me and him got along quite well.

We went to incredible places all over the country. From Yellowstone...

...to the Smoky Mountains. We've been face to face with bears, crossed rapids, climbed tall mountains, hiked long distances, but those times didn't really show the connection between us until you looked at them long after.

Me and him experienced life-changing moments together. He will never admit it, or at least not anytime soon, but I think he enjoyed those moments as much as I did. Even when he stole my sunglasses.

We Don't Look Alike...Right?

Despite my brother's best attempts to conceal it, me and him look too much alike in our respective ages.

No resemblance at all right?

I'm with Stupid

Between me and my brother, we have always had a good relationship with my father. All of us share the same sense of humor, and I would argue we all have a pretty good one at that. The countless times we have cracked each other up have been some of the fondest memories.

Other times it was when we all had the same idea. Whether that idea was mature was a completely different thing, but at least we all were on the same page.

Football is our biggest commonality

I started playing football in 2003. I spent most of my years as a wide receiver or a defensive back. While my brother is considerably shorter than me, our body types are quite similar. Hence, my brother naturally decided to play the same positions I did, for the most part. I will admit he is twice the athlete I will ever be, given that he can outlift me even when I was in my peak. He's a strong little bastard. But would he ever listen to what I had to say in terms of advice or coaching? Of course not, but then again sometimes it would seem he did listen to some of the things I said.

Hell, he even copied my stance.

Though he does need to have a bit more of a forward lean to remove the chance of a false step on his release...

Audio Synopsis

Most people have a unique relationship with their sibling. Some are really amazing with a lot of positivity. Others are filled with scorn and disdain. When it comes to my relationship with my brother, it is somewhere in between. His words convey his angsty teenage rebellion to who I am, but his history, his acts, and who he is say otherwise.
